Almond Apricot Cake

Ingredients:

1 Snow White Cake (on File)
12 oz apricot jam
2 tbs amaretto
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup almond filling
sliced almonds (optional)


Instructions:

Prepare Snow White Cake and bake into two layers. Remove from pans and cool. Stir together with amaretto. To Assemble: spread layers with apricot jam mixture and stack. Beat whipping cream into soft peak and fold in almond filling gently. Decorate cake with whipped cream. Garnish with sliced almonds. Can be frozen
