Apricot Sorbet

Ingredients:

16 oz can apricots
2 tbs amaretto
1/2 parve whipped cream (optional)


Instructions:

Freeze apricots in can for 12 hrs or more. Place can in hot water for 1 min. Open can and chop into 1" pieces. Process with Amaretto til smooth. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to use. Optional: add 1/2 parve whipped cream
