Repeat with choc cake mix. Bake both in greased oblong pans at 350 for 35 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Can be made ahead and frozen til ready to use. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream with enough vanilla pudding to thicken almost custard texture Add 1 tbs of liqueur. Repeat with choc pudding and second pint. Layer trife bowl or any deep bowl with choc cake cut into cubes and sprinkle the l tb liqueur. Add the choc whip cream mixture. Repeat with a second layer with lemon cake and whipped vanilla mixture. Repeat until full. Whip last pint with 1 tbs of vanilla pudding and 1 tbs liqueur and cover the last layer. Add choc shavings if desired. Cherry pie filling can be added after choc cake layer if desired. Variation: Use either one cake or the other.
