Broccoli Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbs onion soup mix
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 cup coffee rich (optional)
9" pie crust


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Prebake pie crust slightly about 10-15 min. Defrost broccoli and spinach. Drain spinach. Process both with all other ingredients except pie crust. Pour into cooled pie crust and bake @ 350 for 1 hr. can be frozen.
