Cabbage & BowtiesCuisine: Parve Category: side dish Servings: 6 Ingredients:1 small cabbage, shredded1 large spanish onion, chopped 3 tbs olive oil 1 tbs kosher salt 1/4 tsp pepper 8 oz cooked bowties Instructions:In large pot, heat oil & add chopped onions, shredded cabbage and salt. Saute cabbage and onions until they brown. It will take at least 1/2 hour. ItI will look like browned onions. Boil salted water, add the pasta and cook for about 10-15 min.
