Ingredients:

1 large Spanish onion
2 large sliced zuchini
3 sliced carrots
5 sliced potatoes
1 tsp oregano
2 chickens cut in 1/8's
1/2 cup white wine
2/3 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbs lemon juice
salt, pepper, garlic, paprika


Instructions:

Slice all vegetables and arrange in layers in bottom of roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Arrange chicken, face up on top of vegetables and season chicken. Process wine, BBQ sauce, lemon juice to blend. Pour over chicken. Cover pan and bake @ 375 1 hr. Uncover and bake for another 1/2 hr. Baste occasionally.
