Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients:

2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
or 4 large cubed chicken cutlets
2 tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloved minced
1 large Bermuda onion
6 celery stalks
2 large peppers
8 oz can mushrooms
1 chicken bullion
1 cut hot water
1 tbs corn starch
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp molasses



Instructions:

In Wok or deep saute pot. Heat oil with minced garlic. Add uncooked cubed chicken cutlets Saute till chicken is cooked. Add sliced vegetables. Add cubed onions If using cooked chicken add now. Dissolve bullion in hot water and add. Simme til veg are crisp. Mix together corn starch, molasses and soy sauce. Stir into chicken mix. Stir until thickened. Serve over rice with chinese noodles.
