Chicken Pineapple Orange

Ingredients:

2 chickens cut into 1/8's
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
6 oz can frozen orange juice
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup pineapple juice
14 oz can pineapple chunks


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Clean and place chicken single layer in roasting pan. Combine all other ingredients except pineapple chunks and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hrs. If needed, add more pineapple juice during roasting. Add pineapple chunks and bake another 15 min.
