Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

1 chicken 1/4's
1 onion
3 carrots, peeled
4 celery stalks
1/4 celery knob
1 parsnip
16 cups soup
3 chicken bullion
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 bunch parsley


Instructions:

Remove all skin and clean chicken. Place in 8 to 12 quart pot. Add water and bring to boil. Peel and clean all vegetabes and cut into large chunks. Skim soup after it boils to remove foam and fat. Add all vegetables except dill and parsley and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 1 hr Wash and tie dill and parsey with thread and add. Simmer for another 1/2 hr. Taste and adjust seasoning.
