Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

2 3/4 flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
3/4 margarine
1 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
3 oz melted baking chocolate
1 1/3 cup water



Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Sift dry ingredients. Cream margarine with vanilla and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Stir in melted chocolate. With mixer on low alternate dry ingredients with liquid. Line and grease 3 layer pans. Divide batter between the three pans and bake for 25 min or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. If using a 8x12 pan bake for 35 min. Can be frozen
