Chocolate Croissants

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry
6 oz choc chips
1 large egg
1 tsp water


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Defrost puff pastry sheet. Roll on flour board to 16" square. Cut into 8 4" squares and cut each square into 2 triangles. Arrange 2 tsp choc chips in a line down the center of triangle. Roll up starting with widest end. Place seam down on parchment lined cookie sheet. Brush with orange juice or parve coffee rich or egg wash. Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown. Makes 16 croissants.
