Ingredients:

1 bx graham crackers
1/2 stick margarine
12 oz choc chips
2 tbs orange juice
1 tbs liqueur
3 large eggs
1 pint whipping cream


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Process crackers to crush and add margarine. Press into deep pie dish. Bake 15 min to set. Melt choc chips with orange juice and liquieur.Fold in 3 egg yolks, one at a time. Beat egg white till stiff and gently fold into yolk mixture. Whip cream till stiff and reserve about 1/3 for topping. Fold into choc mixture Pour into pie pan and top with whipped cream and grated choc. Refrigerate. Can be frozen. Thaw before serving.
