Apple Cranberry Crunch

Ingredients:

6 large apples
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
1 1/2 cups quick oats
3/4 cup flour
1 stick margarine (1/2 cup)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup brown sugar

For Pesach:
2 cups matzoh ferfel
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
omit oats, flour


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x12 baking pan. Peel and slice apples and toss with 1/3 cup brown sugar. Layer bottom of pan. Cover with cranberry sauce. Mix all dry ingredients & add margarine. Mix till crumbly. Cover cranberry sauce with it and bake for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Can be frozen.
