Chicken Cutlets with Cherries

Ingredients:

12 chicken cutlets
1 can dark sweet cherries
16 oz can peach halves
2 tbs soy sauce
16 oz italian dressing
1 large egg
1/4 cup water
1 pkg soup nuts, ground
1 tbs of garlic, pepper & paprika mix
2 tbs margarine


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Trim and pound chicken cutlets. Sprinkle spice mix. Pour italian dressing over them and marinate at least an hour or overnight. Beat egg with water. Dip cutlets into egg and them soup nut crumbs. Layer in baking pan. Melt margarine & add 1/4 of peach juice and soy sauce. Pour over cutlets and bake for 30 min. Add cherries, peaches drained and bake for 20 min more or until cutlets are done.
