Chicken Cutlets with Apricots

Ingredients:

12 chicken cutlets
8 oz italian dressing
16 oz apricot halves
10 oz apricot jam
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp ginger
paprika,garlic pepper mix
corn flake crumbs


Instructions:

Trim and pound cutlets very thin. Marinade in italian dressing an hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Dip cutlets in crumbs. Place one apricot half and roll up. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle spice mix and ginger and more crumbs. Bake for 1 hr. If browning is desired raise oven temperature and bake for less time.
