Chicken Cranberry

Ingredients:

2 chicken cut in 1/8's
2 1/2 tbs onion soup mix
2 cups rice
10 oz cranberry sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs margarine
1 tbs lemon juice


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix & heat to blend cranberry sauce, soy sauce,margarine. lemon juice. Spray bottom of baking pan. Place rice on bottom and cover with onion soup mix. Clean and place chicken pieces on top and pour hot cranberry sauce mix over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hr. Uncover & bake for another 1/2 hr or until chicken browns a little. Serve hot
