Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients:

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp flavoring



Instructions:

Process all ingredients until smooth. There is enough icing to cover 9x13 cake or 2 9" layers. Use on zucchini cake. Can be made parve by substitution of parve cream cheese and using margarine instead of butter
