FlatbreadCuisine: Parve Category: Breads Servings: 6 Ingredients:1 lb frozen bread dough1 large onion 3 tbs olive oil 2 tbs minced garlic 2 1/2 tbs dijon mustard 2 tbs mustard seeds 1 1/2 tbs dried thyme Instructions:Defrost dough. Let rise til double in bulk. Preheat oven to 450. Saute onion, garlic in 2 tbs oil until golden. Add mustard, mustard seeds & thyme. Stir for 1 min. Cool. Oil large baking sheet. Roll out dough on floured board into 14x5 spread 1/3 of onion mixture evenly over dough. Roll up jelly roll style. With rolling pin flatten jelly roll into 12x8. Transfer to prepared pan.
