Guacamole Dip

Ingredients:

2 small avocados
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs chopped onions
14 oz sour cream
12 oz mild salsa
6 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
2 chopped scallions


Instructions:

Peel & mash avocados. Sprinkle with lemon juice & add chopped onion and mix. Layer avocados in bottom of serving dish. Cover with shredded monterey jack cheese. Top with salsa. Cover salsa with sour cream. Sprinkle chopped scallions on top. Decorate with a few corn chips. Serve with corn chips
