Jelly RollCuisine: Pesach Category: Cake & frost Servings: 12 Ingredients:5 large eggs5 tbs sugar juice of 1 lemon & zest 4 tbs potato starch, sifted Rasberry or Strawberry with 1 tbs liqueur Next time try: 6 large eggs 6 tbs sugar juice of 1 lemon & zest 5 tbs sifted potato starch Rasberry or Strawberry with 1 tbs liqueur Instructions:Preheat oven to 400. Beat egg yolks with sugar, grated lemon rind & juice til lemony color. Add sifted potato starch. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold in egg yolk mixture gently. Grease or line cookie sheet & grease again. Pour batter & spread evenly. Bake for 12 min. Turn out immediately on parchment or cloth sprinkled with sugar & roll. Refrigerate.
