Ingredients:

2 cups matzoh meal
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 large onion
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 large egg
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Chop carrots, celery, onions. Add all other ingredients and process together. Add matzoh meal and mix well. Form into to rolls and wrap with foil. Place on baking sheet and bake for 45 min to 1 hr. Cool & remove from foil, slice and reheat. Serve hot. Variation: Use Tam Tam crackers instead of matzo meal
