Ingredients:

1 cup matzoh meal
1/2 cup water
4 large eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper


Instructions:

Blend eggs, water, oil, salt & pepper. Add matzoh meal and mix well. refrigerate for 1 hr. Boil 2 quarts water with salt. Shape knaidlach into 1" balls and drop into boiling water boil covered for 20 minutes. Drain and add to soup.
