Fruit Tart

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 stick margarine
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 pkg vanillin sugar
1 tbs lemon juice+rind
use plums or peaches etc


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine & add the rest of the ingredients. except fruit & lemon juice and rind. Add more flour if need be to make dough, juice. Roll or pat on bottom of tart pan. Cut plums or peaches, and remove pits, or use berries, any kind. Place on top of dough. Sprinkle sugar & lemon juice+rind on top. Cover & bake for about 1/2 hr. or until fruit looks done. Uncover & bake for another 10 or 15 min, Or crumb topping can be added if desired. Bake for 30 to 40 min or till done.
