Minute Steak Roast

Ingredients:

3-4 lbs. whole minute steak Roast
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbs steak sauce
1 tsp brown sugar (optional)


Instructions:

Pierce roast in many places. Prepare marinade & add a little water. Pour over roast & marinade a few hours or overnight. Roast @ 375 for 1 1/2 hrs. Reserve leftover marinade. Let roast stand 15 min. Slice roast & serve. To reserved marinade add pan juice from the sliced roast. Heat and serve. Internal temp for rare 145
