Spinach DipCuisine: Parve Category: Appetizer Servings: 12 Ingredients:10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach1 cup mayo ( little less) 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 round rye or pumpernickel Instructions:Thaw & squeeze out excess water from spinach. Mix all ingredients. Add a little more mayo after all is mixed. Chill. Cut a top slice of bread and scoop out all the rest. Fill with spinach mixture and chill up to 24 hrs before serving.
