Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 dijon mustard
1 tbs wine vinegar
1 tbs minced garlic
juice of 1 lemon


Instructions:

MIx all ingredients and store in jar. Marinade fish for 1/2 hr before broiling. For dressing: Use only 1 tsp garlic & add 2 to 3 tbs honey
