Corned Beef Glazed

Ingredients:

6 lbs corned beef uncooked
4 tbs dijon mustard
4 tbs brown sugar
1 cup orange marmalade
12 cloves


Instructions:

Boil corned beef in large pot for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Test for tenderness. Remove from water and place in roasting pan. Mix all other ingredients except cloves and spread all over corned beef and stud with cloves. Bake @ 375 for about 1/2 hr. Cool slightly, slice& serve. To reheat: Reserve about 1 cup of water after you have removed the corned beef. Pour over sliced corned beef and reheat covered.
