Potatoes with Dill

Ingredients:

4 large new potatoes or 12 small
1 med onion sliced
1 tbs olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbs fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup water


Instructions:

Slice large potatoes or quarter small ones. Slice onions. Saute potatoes & onions in olive oil. Add all other ingredients, cover & steam until potatoes are done. Add a little more water if necessary
