Matzoh FerfelCuisine: Pesach Category: Side dish Servings: 10 Ingredients:6 cups matzoh ferfel3 eggs 1 large bermuda onion, chopped 3 tbs oil 4 chicken bullion cubes 2 cups hot water salt & pepper 8 oz mushrooms (optional) water to cover Instructions:Preheat oven to 375. Saute chopped onion & sliced mushrooms in oil til golden. Add salt & pepper. Coat ferfel with eggs and toast in oven.for @ 10 min. Add ferfel to browned onions & stir till well mixed. Dissolve bullions in hot water & add to ferfel. Add water to cover. Simmer til liquid is absorbed. Stir every few minutes until ferfel are soft & water is absorbed. Taste & adjust seasoning.
