Ingredients:

2 cups matzoh meal
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 large eggs




Instructions:

Combine matzoh meal , salt & sugar. Bring oil & water to a boil. Add matzoh meal & mix well. Beat in one egg at a time. Allow to stand 15 min. Shape 2" balls with oily hands. Place on lined cookie sheet & bake @ 375 for 50 min or til golden. Cool. Can be frozen
