Pina Colada Sorbet

Ingredients:

20 oz can crushed pineapple
3 tbs dark rum
6 tbs cream of coconut


Instructions:

Freeze pineapple for at least 12 hrs. Place can in hot water for 1 min. Remove from can & chop into 1" pieces. Process with other ingredients until smooth. Serve at once or freeze til ready to use. Optional: add 1/2 cup whipped cream.
