Ingredients:

5 lbs potatoes
2 large onions
2 lbs flanken
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp chicken bullion powder
1 tbs kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup hot oil (optional)



Instructions:

Cut flanken into chunks & sear. Place in cholent pot. In processor, chop onions fine. Add eggs. Remove from bowl. Grate potatoes leaving 2 for slicing. Return the metal "s" blade & process potatoes with onions. Cover meat in pot with potato kugel mixture. Cover & cook slowly overnight.
