Roast Turkey

Ingredients:

12-14 lbs turkey
2 large carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, cut lengthwise
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup sherry
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 cups water



Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Place turkey (defrost first if frozen) in roasting pan. Stuff with celery, carrots. Mix all other ingredients & pour over turkey. Bake uncovered for 3 hrs. Turn turkey 2 to 3 x If too brown near end. Cover with foil.
