Matzoh Stuffing (Quick)

Ingredients:

1 bx matzoh ball mix
1 large chopped onion
2 stalks celery
2 large eggs
2 tbs oil
2 tbs parsley
water
pepper to taste


Instructions:

Saute chopped onion & chopped celery in oil. Transfer to mixing bowl & add eggs, parsley & blend. Add matzoh ball mix and water to form a thin batter. Stuff birds & close. 2 tbs onion soup mix and 1 tbs celery flakes can be substituted for sauteing onion & celery.
