Braised Red CabbageCuisine: Pesach Category: Side dish Servings: 8 Ingredients:1 red cabbage2 sliced apples 1 sliced onion 2 tbs margarine 1 tsp dill 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 sugar salt & pepper to taste 1 cup chicken stock 2 bay leaves Instructions:Cut cabbage into small wedges. Saute onion in margarine until translucent. Add peeled sliced apples, bay leaves & dill & saute 5 more min. Add cabbage wedges, soup stock, cider vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper.
