Veal Brisket-Peggy

Ingredients:

3-5 lbs veal brisket
salt & pepper to taste
paprika
garlic cloves
water
3 tbs mild salsa (optional)
1 large diced or sliced onion
1 tbs oil



Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onions with a little oil. Rub veal with spices. Place veal with sauteed onions in roasting pan. Spread salsa on top. Add 1/2" water & cover pan tightly. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs or until veal is soft. check every 1/2 hour to see if more water is needed.
