Veal Brisket-PeggyCuisine: Pesach Category: Beef Servings: 8 Ingredients:3-5 lbs veal brisketsalt & pepper to taste paprika garlic cloves water 3 tbs mild salsa (optional) 1 large diced or sliced onion 1 tbs oil Instructions:Preheat oven to 350. Saute onions with a little oil. Rub veal with spices. Place veal with sauteed onions in roasting pan. Spread salsa on top. Add 1/2" water & cover pan tightly.
