Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 or less hot water
1 large egg
1/2 cup margarine
4 oz baking chocolate or
bittersweet choc


Instructions:

Process sugar with 2 tbs hot water. Add egg, margarine & melted chocolate. Add flavoring if desired. Process until smooth. Spread on Cake. Frosting can be thinned with hot water. If too thin a little starch will thicken it. It will also thicken when cooled.
