Ingredients:

2 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup shortening
7 to 8 tbs ice water
2 tbs sugar
10" pie pan


Instructions:

Measure flour & salt into bowl. Cut in shortening & continue cutting in until it resembles coarse oatmeal. sprinkle 2 tbs ice water at a time until all flour is moistened & dough almost cleans side of bowl. Add more water if necessary. Makes two crusts.
