Vegeterian Liver (Walnuts)

Ingredients:

16 oz drained can string beans
1 large chopped onion (2 cups)
2 tbs oil
3 large hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:

Saute onions in oil til golden. Cool. Process nuts. Add all other ingredients & process til smooth. Taste & adjust seasoning. Chill before serving. Garnish with Lettuce, tomato, cucumber slices etc.
