Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour
3 tbs sugar
1 cup cold margarine or butter
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
1/4 ice water


Instructions:

Measure flour, sugar & margarine into processor bowl & pulse for 10 seconds. Add egg yolks & pulse times. Slowly drizzle ice water a little at a time until dough begins to hold together. If too much water add a little flour. If too little add more ice water a teaspoonful at a time. Roll out or chill if you wish. Left over pastry can be frozen for future use.
