Ingredients:

4 matzohs
1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed firm
3/4 cup choc chips


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Line pan with matzohs, cut & fit any spaces on cookie sheet with the matzoh. Combine margarine & brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly til mixture comes to boil. Continue cooking for 3 more min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over matzohs. Cover matzohs completely. Place in oven & reduce oven to 350 & bake @ 10 min. Reduce oven to 325 & remove pan & turn matzohs over & return to oven for another 5 min. Remove from oven & sprinkle choc chips immediately on the matzohs. Return to oven for another 5 min. Remove from oven & spread the chips over the matzohs to cover. While still warm cut into squares or odd shapes. Chill in ref until set.
