Mix flour with salt & pepper. Coat veal with flour. Heat oil in large skilled, add veal & brown (3 to 5 min) Remove from pan. Add mushrooms, onions & brown. Return veal to pan & add other ingredients Simmer covered for 1/2 hr or till veal is tender. Adjust salt & pepper To cut sharpness add a teaspoon of sugar if necessary. serve with spaghetti.
