Tarragon Rolls

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour
1 pkg dry yast
1 tbs parsley flakes
1 tsp tarragon crushed
1 tsp celery seed
1 cup warm water (115-120)
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg


Instructions:

In large mixing bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast parsley tarragon & celery seed. Stir together water, sugar, oil & salt & add to flour mixture. Add egg. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute scraping bowl. Beat at high speed for 3 min. Using spoon stir in the rest of the flour. Cover & let rise til double in bulk about 30 min. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups about 1/2 full. Cover & let rise again til double in bulk about 30 min. bake at 375 fo 15-18 min.
