Parve Ice Cream

Ingredients:

8 oz Parve Whip
4 Jumbo eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs vanilla, liqueur a little less



Instructions:

Whip eggs at room temperature with sugar until foamy (4-5 min on the clock). Whip parve whip with flavoring. Fold whipped cream into egg mixture. Freeze. Serve Frozen. It makes 1/2 gallon ice cream. Will stay in freezer for long time. Variations: 1. Cut down on flavoring & add 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips with 1 tbs orange juice or 2. Add 1/2 pkg slightly thawed frozen strawberries chopped or 3. Add chopped fresh strawberries or 4. Add maple syrup & walnuts.
