Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:

1 large can salmon
2 large eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
8 oz can mushrooms
1 small can french fried onions
1/2 cup parve milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup crumbs


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400. Flake salmon. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Grease loaf pan. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika on top & bake for 30-45 -min until crusty on top.
