Ingredients:

3+3/8 cup bread flour
3/8(1.25 oz) rye flour
3 tbs sugar
1.5 tbs dry mil solids (Parve)
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tbs margarine
1.5 cups water (12 oz)
1.75 tsp dry yeast


Instructions:

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water (115 degrees) + 1 tbs sugar Let stand for about 10 min until it bubbles. Process all dry ingredients & add melted margarine & dissolved yeast. Process for 1 min or until it combines into a ball. Knead until smooth. Turn into greased bowl. Cover & let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hr). Punch down & let rest covered for 10 min. Cut dough into half and place into 2 small greased loaf pan. Cover & let rise in warm place for another 40 min or ntil double in bulk. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 1/2 hour.
