Ingredients:

3 eggs
3 tbs water
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbs cake meal
oil or margarine


Instructions:

In processor, beat eggs, add water & salt. Add 1 tbs cake meal at a time & beat till smooth. Mixture should look like pancake batter. Heat 7" skillet with very little fat. Pour off excess. It should only coat pan. Pour 3 tbs of batter and rotate pan to spread batter in an even thin layer. If too much pour off excess. After a minute or two flip over on other side for another minute or two then flip crepe onto paper towel. Repeat until batter is used up. After crepes are cooled. Roll each up and slice as thin as possible. Heat in chicken soup.
