Spinach & Hearts of Palm Salad

Ingredients:

20 oz bagged fresh spinach
15 oz can whole hearts of palm
1 pint cherry or grapes tomatoes
2 avocados, diced
10 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Dressing:
1/4-1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
2 chopped cloves garlic
small sliced red onion(optional)


Instructions:

Toss washed spinach, tomatoes, avocados & almonds together in large serving bowl Combine sugar, salt, dry mustard, paprika,oil,vinegar,ketchup & garlic in cruet or jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. To serve, toss with enough dressing to coat.
