Cabbage Salad Hot & Sour

Ingredients:

2 lbs cabbage
5 tbs peanut oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp salt
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs white vinegar
2 tbs toasted sesame oil



Instructions:

Slice cabbage. Heat oil in wok over hi. Add sliced cabbage & red pepper. Cook 3 min till cabbage is soft. Add salt & soy sauce. Cook 1 more min. Add vinegar & sesame oil & stir. Serve Cold.
