Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs sugar
1 stick cold margarine, or butter
2 egg yolks
3 to 4 tbs ice water



Instructions:

In food processor, add 2 cups flour, salt, sugar & & margarine, process on & off until resembles coarse meal. Add yolks and water thru funnel & process until dough balls up around blade. Wrap in saran wrap & refrigerate for at least 20 min. You can roll it or press into min tart shells with your hands. Chill if possible or can be frozen at this point. Prick with fork. Bake in preheat oven at 425 for 12 min or until golden. Cool & fill with choc mousse,pie filling topped with whipped cream.
